This is a massive custom solid walnut canopy bed. The bed is ten feet tall, the posts are ten inches square at the base and weigh over 300 lbs. each. Please click on the image to view the full size image, the load time is worth it.

This king size walnut canopy bed is an enlarged reproduction of a maple double bed in one of the front bedrooms at the Belle of the Bends Bed and Breakfast. The bedposts are six inches in diameter with tapered octagonal middle sections.
